Born and raised in Cahokia, IL, Gary L. Bement’s legal background stretches all the way back to 1981 when he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law. That same year, Gary began working as an Assistant State’s Attorney for St. Clair County, and a long legal career was born. His time at the State’s Attorney’s Office included the trial of over 200 criminal and delinquency cases.
In 1984, Gary moved to private practice and focused on helping the injured and beleaguered workers of the area, lending his advice in the areas of workers’ compensation law, personal injury law and social security disability law. Finally, in 2013, Gary furthered his legal career by becoming a court-approved mediator for family law cases in the Second, Third, Fourth and Twentieth Judicial Circuits in Southern Illinois – he’s approved to handle civil and family mediations.

Timothy Stubblefield is well-acquainted with this area, being a graduate of Althoff High School in Belleville, IL. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, Tim moved on to St. Louis University where he received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.). Since that time, he’s enjoyed a long and distinguished legal career, providing assistance to people all over the area.
In fact, Timothy has over 20 years of legal experience in helping injured workers, labor organizations and small businesses. However, he also provides legal advice in the areas of family law, estate planning, traffic law and misdemeanor cases. Tim’s experience includes serving as president of the Board of Directors of the Southwestern Illinois Epilepsy Association and the Monroe County Bar Association.
