Brian F. Curley: My cases involve litigation, and usually trial, against large or medium-sized corporations and Government entities, which are typically represented by large and well-established law firms, or government financed law departments, that employ tens, possibly hundreds (or more), attorneys. While Goliath had perceived advantages, the reality was very different. In court, only one attorney can speak at a time for each side.
The truth - if properly wielded and thrown - will find its mark. Just ask Goliath.
Matters for individual clients typically include employment and labor law including union related issues, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, hostile work environment, and infringement of constitutional rights, against private and public (union) employers including state and local municipalities, in both the courts of the State of New Jersey and the United States Federal Courts.
I also represent small and medium-sized businesses at any stage of litigation through trial, in claims against other businesses arising out of all nature of business disputes including, contract disputes, collection actions, brokerage disputes, construction disputes, and a range of other issues that typically arise for small and medium-sized businesses.
Another area in which I have developed substantial expertise over the past 20-years is the unique legal issues that face brokers and agents in all industries including real estate, insurance, and financial services professionals, and the problems getting paid or protecting their livelihood.
