Taking The Stress Out Of Legal Action
Whether you've been injured in a car accident, are facing DUI or other criminal charges, are navigating workers' comp or have another legal issue, we understand that dealing with the legal system can be confusing and stressful. At Edwards & Kautz, we do everything we can to put you at ease while we explain your rights and how the legal process is likely to unfold in your case. During the course of your case, we stay in constant communication to provide you with updates and alert you to any essential developments. We are committed to protecting your rights and helping you get to a place of optimism on the other side of your legal challenge.
Advocates For The Injured
A serious injury can turn your life upside down in a second. When you're in pain and unable to work, the medical bills pile up while your paycheck may have disappeared. You shouldn't have to fight the insurance companies while you struggle to pay your bills and tend to your recovery at the same time.
That's not fair, and it's not right. We're here to help shoulder part of that burden for you, so you can focus on what's important: recovering from your injuries. Our dedicated legal team knows how to pursue the maximum compensation for your injuries, or help secure disability benefits. Don't try to take it all on alone. That's what we're here for.
Facing Down Criminal Charges
Being charged with a crime can be frightening, to say the least - particularly if the charges are serious. But you don't have to give in and accept the worst possible outcome. Your rights and your future are worth fighting for, and that's what we intend to do. A criminal charge is not a conviction. Some charges can be beaten through legal maneuvering. Charges can be reduced or penalties minimized. There's still hope. Find out how we can help in your situation.
At Edwards & Kautz, we are a down-to-earth law firm with your best interests at heart. Whether you have been injured, charged with a crime or need help with a Social Security Disability claim, our exceptional and attentive lawyers can help.
You may not even be aware of the extent of your rights. We're here to make sure you understand your rights, and we protect them to the fullest possible extent. You can't control what happened in the past, but you can take charge of what your next steps will be. We prioritize the relationships we have with our clients and stay accessible for all your questions and concerns. We know what you're going through isn't easy, and we're here to help.
