Trusted Minnesota Family Law Attorneys
Established in 1991, El-Ghazzawy Law Offices, LLC, was founded on the principles of integrity, excellence and service. Well-known in the community, our firm has built a reputation for providing quality family law representation to clients in Minneapolis and throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
Many of our clients have never hired a lawyer before and are unsure about what to expect. When you visit our office, we will:
Listen to you and strive to achieve your objectives
Explain your legal options
Discuss the legal process
Provide an honest assessment of your case
Set reasonable expectations
As your attorneys, we will remain by your side throughout your case. Whether your family law issue involves divorce, paternity, adoption, prenuptial or postnuptial agreements or other matters, we will guide you through the legal process.
Seeking Creative Solutions
Minnesota family law disputes are usually required to go through some form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Our attorneys are experienced in mediation, Financial Early Neutral Evaluation (FENE), Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE), and other forms of dispute resolution.
Working to resolve cases through negotiation gives clients greater control over the outcome, reduces attorneys fees for both parties and helps maintain the integrity of their family. However, when negotiation is not possible, our lawyers are prepared to pursue your interests in the courtroom, including appeal actions.
Dedicated to Client Satisfaction
Every client is important. When you retain our services, our attorneys will take the time to learn about your family, your situation and your vision for the future. After we understand the unique factors in your case, we will work diligently to obtain a positive resolution. When appropriate, we will consult with experts such as CPAs, vocational and custody evaluators, and appraisers.
Our firm’s exceptional service has been recognized by clients and peers in the legal field. A majority of people we represent have been referred by current or previous clients. Further, founding attorney Karim El-Ghazzawy has been recognized as a Top 40 Family Law Attorney, and was selected for inclusion in the SuperLawyer listing in 1994, 1996, 1997, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010.
