As someone ready to create a powerful and legally effective estate plan, or as someone who has been given the responsibility of administrating an estate, or as someone who needs to file a personal injury claim to protect their health and their future, you’re going to want to choose an attorney with a wealth of knowledge and experience, which is exactly what you can expect from me and my firm.
Stark County Probate Attorney Providing Legal Aid for Your Estate Planning Needs
If you wish to establish an estate plan, or are experiencing problems with any aspect of estate planning, I have the ability to help. Whether you have questions or concerns regarding elder law, estates and wills, Medicaid planning, probate or other, I have experience in every field to offer you the best advice. I can help you create a trust that fits your individual needs, and a will that states which of your assets and property go to the people you wish. You and I can meet to establish a Medicaid plan if you are worried about paying for long-term care. Creating a living will and power of attorney are also vital, and I can help you chose a person you wish to carry out your power of attorney. If you suddenly pass away, your minor children should be cared for by someone you trust. Appointing a guardian in your will can assure you that your children will be cared for by someone you chose, and not by a state-appointed person or agency. Estate planning is overwhelming, but I want to help my clients rest assured knowing their estates and loved ones will receive necessary care.
Personal Injury Law
Personal injury accidents can change a person’s life. Oftentimes, insurance companies attempt to convince a victim to settle for a minimal claim. Along with representing estate planning and personal injury law clients, I am a trial litigator who appears in Stark County Common Pleas Court, Canton Municipal Court, Alliance Municipal court, and Stark County Probate Court on a frequent basis. I do not shy away from taking a case to court if necessary.
