The Office itself is located in Hampstead, NH at the Village Square Plaza. We are local to Atkinson, Plaistow, Salem, Kingston, Derry and Sandown and are conveniently located on Route 111. Although the office itself is not handicap accessible, arrangements are happily made for meetings in a ground-floor conference room or other convenient location.
Marie N. Sapienza, Esquire is a May 2005 graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center) and is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Florida .
Her experience includes commercial and residential real estate, family law, wills and trusts, consumer law, business contracts, formation and purchases and sales, municipal law, domestic violence, personal injury and civil litigation.
While in law school, Attorney Sapienza worked in the Pierce Law Criminal Practice Clinic representing indigent criminal defendants; interned at Tarbell, PA in commercial real estate, family, personal injury and contract law; and interned at the Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Protection. After graduating, Marie worked for Nine East Title, Inc., in residential real estate. Her general practice Law Office opened for business in November 2006.
She is a member of the New Hampshire and Florida Bar Associations. She has also served on the Legislative and Ethics Committee of the New Hampshire Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association and for 4 terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, from 1997 to 2002, most of that time on the House Standing Committee on Education, and from 2010 to 2012 on the Family Law Committee. While serving in the NH House, she is very proud to have sponsored ground-breaking legislation on environmental and women’s health care issues.
