The Umansky Law Firm | Firms | Attus

Orlando Criminal Defense Attorneys

At The Umansky Law Firm, we have dedicated our law practice to representing people who are in a fight for their life – usually against a much larger adversary. In a criminal case, that adversary might be the state. In a personal injury case, more than likely it is the insurance company of the person who injured you. Either way, we are there to make a difference in our client’s lives.

We believe it’s important to work closely with clients throughout every stage of the legal process. Our dedication to the case combined with our effective communication allows us to develop a trusted relationship with our clients. In turn, we are taking advantage of every opportunity and increasing the chances for a favorable result.

As former prosecutors who have tried hundreds of cases in Florida courtrooms, we provide a unique advantage that most other law firms can’t offer. Our attorneys know how the prosecution will approach a case and can use this knowledge to reach a negotiation that suits both the client and prosecutor.

The Umansky Law Firm was founded by former prosecutor William D. Umansky. Mr. Umansky was later joined in the practice by his wife, former prosecutor Zahra S. Umansky.

As our husband-and-wife law practice grew, we added associate attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff to provide our clients with the highest level of legal representation and personal service. Each of our lawyers was a former prosecutor and brings a unique perspective to our firm which in turn helps you with your case! Our attorneys have over 100 years of experience combined and are driven to providing you with a second chance.
