Lee Wallace represents whistleblowers who are trying to stop fraud against federal or state governments, by filing qui tam cases under the False Claims Act, state Medicaid recovery acts, or FIRREA, or who want to be SEC whistleblowers or IRS whistleblowers.
Ms. Wallace is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. She has taken both Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Workshop and Mediation workshop. In law school, she founded and chaired a symposium on alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Wallace also represents plaintiffs bringing catastrophic injury cases. She handles cases where people have been injured in car and truck wreck accidents, and cases involving product liability, nursing home negligence and personal injury.
Lee Wallace was first in her class at Vanderbilt University, and was an honors graduate of Harvard Law School. After clerking on the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, she began practice in Atlanta.

Ms. Wallace chaired the Product Liability Section of the Georgia State Bar. She has edited a book on medical negligence and published numerous articles on whistleblower/qui tam/False Claims Act law and on plaintiffs’ personal injury issues.
