Pat practices in our Moville office. He has been practicing law for over 29 years and is licensed to practice law in both state and federal court in Iowa and Nebraska. Pat is the firm´s most experienced ligtigator; with extensive trial experience in a broad range of civil litigation. Pat was a member of the Creighton Law Review during his university years. He is a member of the Iowa Associate of Justice, Woodbury County Bar Association, Plymouth County Bar Association and the American Association of Justice.
Jay practices in our Moville office. He is licensed in both Iowa and Nebraska. Jay received his Bachelor’s degree from Simpson College in 2003 and his law degree from University of South Dakota in 2006. He is a member of Iowa Association of Justice, Woodbury County Bar Association, and is currently the Vice President of the Plymouth County Bar Association.
Jay resides in Moville with his wife Jessie and sons Logan and Parker.
Barry practices in our Kingsley and Remsen offices. Barry splits his time between the two offices to accommodate the needs of clients. Barry’s experience has included 37 years of practicing law in both Iowa and South Dakota. Barry has been providing legal services for many years.
Barry is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of South Dakota, Woodbury County Bar Association, and Plymouth County Bar Association. He is a past president of the Plymouth County Bar Association.
Barry represents the cities of Remsen, Oyens, Hinton, Anthon and Correctionville, Iowa.
Chad practices in our Kingsley office. He has been in practice for over 10 years. Chad is licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Nebraska. He received his Bachelor’s at University of South Dakota in 1997 and his law degree from Creighton Law School in 2000. Chad was the Editor in Chief of the Creighton Law Review, 2000. Chad is a member of Plymouth County Bar Association, Woodbury County Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is a past president of the Plymouth County Bar Association.
Chad represents Kingsley and Smithland, Iowa.
