Welcome to Timothy F. White, Attorney at Law,
a personal injury and criminal defense lawyer
beginning his third decade in the practice of law.
Since day one, my goal's been to change the public's
negative perception of lawyers, one client at a time.
When you retain me as your attorney, I'll personally
handle every aspect of your case. Any questions
you have will be answered by me. If you call me,
I'm usually available to speak with you, even after
regular business hours. If I'm not available, your call
will be returned promptly! That's my promise to you.
If you'd like to read some reviews that were posted
by former clients, click on any of the AVVO badges
in this website. You'll be directed to my AVVO attorney
page and once there you can read what people
have said about me over the last five years.
If you want to know more about me or the cases I handle,
read the other pages of this website. Again, welcome to
Timothy F. White, Attorney at Law. If you want
a professional, aggressive advocate for your injury
or criminal case, call me anytime.
Timothy F. White was born in Hartford, CT, and was raised in Atlanta, Georgia since age five. He went to Marist, St. Pius X, Riverside Military Academy, and graduated from Northside High School in 1981. From there he attended the University of Georgia and in 1992 he graduated with a BA in Psychology and Spanish. In 1995, Tim attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, GA. In 1997, he received his J.D. degree. In October, 1998, he passed the State Bar Exam and started practicing law. His first employer had Tim in court immediately after becoming a licensed attorney. Criminal defense cases were the main emphasis of Tim's practice in the early years. Tim's father has been a practicing lawyer in Georgia since 1969. He is a personal injury lawyer. Tim began learning about injury cases from his father very early on. While still in law school, Tim worked in his father's Alpharetta (at the time) office. Since 1998, Tim's practice has focused mainly on personal injury and criminal defense cases. When not working, Tim enjoys vegetable gardening (see picture above), yard work, working on his home, amateur gourmet cooking, saltwater fishing (see pictures above), amateur photography, and film making. Tim loves what he does. For 20+ years now, Tim remains committed to changing the public's negative perception of lawyers one client at a time. Perhaps you should seriously consider him as your attorney.
