Founded in 1970, Tinsman & Sciano, Inc. is a dedicated group of highly skilled attorneys and legal support professionals centered in San Antonio. We represent clients in Texas and, for certain types of cases, from across the United States as well.
Our lawyers have tried a significant number of cases in state and federal court and have obtained numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and judgments for our clients. As a result of our aggressively representing and protecting our clients' interests, we have earned the respect of our adversaries including insurance companies, corporate wrongdoers and their law firms.
What We Do
In our practice, we advise and represent clients in a wide range of civil matters and litigation, including personal injury, defective products, burn injuries, automobile and trucking accidents, 18-wheeler litigation, stove tip-over litigation, medical malpractice, unsafe premises, wrongful death, and many more. We also represent clients in the areas of oil and gas royalties or working interest disputes, commercial disputes, trusts and estates litigation, and will contests.
How We Help You
Our attorneys and legal support staff have served people throughout South Texas and the San Antonio area for more than four decades. And although our firm has grown, our core principles have not.
Tinsman & Sciano is not a high-volume operation/settlement factory. We believe clients deserve our individual attention, that they should be kept informed and involved in their cases, and that they should be able to obtain answers and information when they request it.
How Much Does It Cost?
In most cases, our firm provides legal representation to our clients on a contingency fee basis; if that is not true for your case, we will tell you up front. When we handle a case on a contingency fee basis, our client pays no attorney's fee unless we win or settle his or her case. We advance court costs and litigation expenses and are reimbursed for such expenses at the end of your case, provided that you obtain a recovery. Our investment in and dedication to a case is total. Every client has complete access to our vast legal and financial resources.
