The Dublin office also will be the gateway for American companies wishing to establish themselves in Ireland and the European Union.
On January 1, 2005, Rinckey became a managing partner in the firm, and Tully & Associates, PLLC changed its name to Tully, Rinckey & Associates, PLLC. As more partners joined the firm and more offices opened, the name was changed to Tully Rinckey, PLLC at the beginning of 2008.
In the spring of 2004, Greg T. Rinckey, Esq. joined Tully & Associates. Rinckey had recently been honorably discharged by the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he served in a variety of roles, including two years as a prosecutor and an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. He spent his last three years in the JAG Corps as a criminal defense attorney with the Army Trial Defense Service and spent his last year in Washington, D.C. working on criminal appeals at the Army Defense Appellate Division.
The Beginning – 2001
Mathew B. Tully, Esq. founded Tully & Associates shortly after he escaped the World Trade Center during the tragic events of September 11, 2001. At the time, Tully had been employed in the legal department of Morgan Stanley – one of Wall Street’s most prestigious brokerage firms. He also served as a field artillery officer in the United States Army and was a Federal Law Enforcement Officer in the U.S. Department of Justice.
After September 11, Tully moved to his ski home in Hunter, N.Y. and started his own law firm. His first clients were family, friends and former co-workers who knew they would receive quality legal services at affordable prices. Tully focused his practice in the areas of criminal law, family and matrimonial law, labor and employment law, civil rights and real estate.
As word spread about his practice, Tully moved the firm into a state-of-the-art office building near Albany International Airport.
